However, a s a native of Vermont, I’m legally obligat ed to point out the travesty that is orange cheddar. ( I’m assuming that’s cheddar.)

Cheddar should never be orange, and Tillamook makes some damn fine white cheddar. At least around northeast Seattle, the grocery stores seem to have plenty of cheese.

I’m in Seattle!

Born & raised in Vermont, but at this point I’ve lived here longer than back there (almost 27 years since I left the northeast).

Whenever my folks come out to visit (both my sisters ended up here too, and 1 has the grandchild), they come bearing cheese. It’s part of the arrangement.

Ha! But that burger (on regular bread) was stacked like a Dagwood! Was first thing that came to mind
